Formation of a Past Sovereign Conclave
P. Kt. Michael Caseman-Jones is looking at the prospect of founding a Past Sovereign Conclave at Bicester Masonic Centre in Bicester. It is intended for the Conclave to be entirely social in nature. Costs will be kept to a bare minimum, and there will be just two meetings a year - at the start and finish of the summer. One will be the installation, allowing a distinguished Past Sovereign the honour of the Chair again each year, but without any work to do (there will be no ceremonies); the other will be a brief ritual meeting, accompanied by an open meal with wives, partners, or other guests. Please contact him via the Divisional Recorder if you are interested in becoming a founding member.

Formation of a New Conclave at Marlow
It is proposed to form a new Conclave within the Thames Division. It is intended that the Conclave will meet at the Masonic Centre in Marlow and initially meet twice a year (Installation and Enthronement), ultimately expanding meetings as the Conclave grows in strength. This project has the support of the Intendant General and the Divisional Executive. Thirty Worthy Knights from this, or other Divisions, who are interested in taking this project forward would be sufficient to make this project a success. If you are interested in either becoming a Founder or a Founding Officer, please contact P. Kt. Michael Caseman-Jones via the Divisional Recorder with details of your previous experience in the Order or which Office you would like to occupy.
